Clients over the last two years include Westpac, CBA, ANZ, IAG, and AMP.  Current interesting projects include leading the master data management business stream of a large Insurance client and project management delivery of a Unica marketing automation project.

  • Establishing and executing Information Management strategies that allowed a client to leverage its enterprise data in maximising profits

  • Providing customer insights on behaviour including Propensity Modelling, which improved product targeting and customer retention

  • Rebuilding a fit-for-purpose DWBI solution in the latest / upgraded Business Intelligence technologies. This reduced the overall cost of ownership and allowed our client to derive key insights into its business and customers, driving operational efficiency

  • Identifying and extracting key data from multiple disparate sources, which allowed out clients to leverage information in understanding customer behaviour, addressing user demand and ensuring legislation is adhered to

  • Conducting Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Health Checks and Solution Architecture for DWBI which assessed if our client was deriving optimal business benefit from its Business Intelligence investment
