When processing a financial transaction on our site (such as the purchase of a training course), we request your credit card details only to finalise/approve such a transaction. We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
Cancellations received more than 15 (fifteen) days before the course start date will receive a full refund. This refund will be processed by the same method as the payment. Notification of the refund will be provided by email.
Cancellations received 15 (fifteen) or less days before the course start date will not be entitled to any refund. The registered person may substitute another person in their place at any time prior to the course by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Notification of such change will be provided by email.
