Altis provides a full suite of services (see left side of diagram) tailored for your Information Management needs.  We work with many of our customers from Strategy through to Solution Delivery, but we are happy to provide expertise in one area.

Recent strategy assignments include Information Management strategies where we delivered iterative three-year roadmap's for business intelligence projects.  In another project, we defined the Data Governance structure and approach. In another assignment we defined the Data Quality program for the customer.

Our Planning and Architecture services include project definition and business case development.  For example we are working with three different departments within a customer to complete detailed documentation used in their project approval process.

The bulk of our work still comes from Solution Delivery engagements where we deliver or support the delivery of projects.  As highlighted in the graphic above the areas of focus include:

Typical software tools that we work with include, Business Objects (SAP), Cognos (IBM), Hyperion (Oracle), IBM datastage suite, Oracle suite, Microsoft and SAS.

In addition to delivering the project, Altis also provides an offsite or onsite managed service for data warehouse solutions.
