Delivery Approach

Altis Consulting have developed a Project Delivery Framework (see graphic below) that is based on best practice methodologies and over 10 years of experience in delivering successful Information Management projects.

Some of the key objectives of the framework include:

  • Promoting a consistent approach to all projects delivered by Altis and translating our deep experience and understanding of Information Management to project processes and methods for the benefit of the customer
  • Leveraging iterative development practices that are particularly suited to Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence projects
  • Ensuring the project is a success and it meets the customer’s expectations, objectives and key success factors
  • Ensuring the project is delivered to time and cost constraints
  • Ensuring that quality is effectively managed and assured throughout the lifecycle of the project

The Altis Project Delivery Framework also leverages best practice project management processes by applying relevant project management techniques prescribed in the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK.

A typical project structure would include an Altis Project Manager whose key responsibility is to manage the project as per the project management processes prescribed in the Project Delivery Framework.
