Reporting, Dashboards & Scorecards

Dashboards and scorecards are effective ways to show progress on key drivers and targets in your organisation. By making these priorities highly visible, dashboards and scorecards allow users to quickly see if different parts of the organisation are performing in relation to the defined objectives.

Our experience allows Altis to create intuitive and easily understood dashboards or scorecards that take people on a journey based on agreed KPIs and metrics. The first step is to talk to people and workshop the contents of the project’s dashboards and scorecards, to ensure everyone is aligned to the strategic project goals set by the executive.

It means users understand what makes up the numbers, and agree to measures that will mark their progress. This raises visibility of down the line metrics that drive the business. Creating an agreed topline view of what’s important right now and in the near future.

Part of the Atlis solution is to fine-tune dashboards and scorecards to specific audiences. A high level view of key drivers would be relevant for senior executives, while more detailed information can be made available to line managers.

There are two main types of dashboards and scorecards:

  • Bottom Up Measures start with the data and build a dashboard and scorecard on top of that
  • Top Down Measures start with the front-end visual interpretation and data is added as it becomes available

Atlis offers a range of technologies and are vendor neutral, so you have access to the very best solutions and prices.
