Information Quality Improvement: Processes and Best Practices for Business Performance Excellence

Don't miss the opportunity to attend this course taught by Larry P. English, international authority on Information Quality Management, world renowned author, educator and Principal of Information Impact International.

Larry English has been called:

  • "The thought leader in the Information Quality/Data Quality field." -Dr. Martin Eppler, author of Managing Information Quality
  • "The leading authority in applying Dr. Deming's principles to Information Quality." -Dr. Joyce Orsini, President of the Deming Institute and Director of the Deming MBA Scholars Program at Fordham University
  • " "The Information Quality Bible for the Information Age," by Masaaki Imai, the creator of the Kaizen Quality System

Why Attend?

  • It's an opportunity to learn from the leader in the Information Quality field without travelling to the US or Europe.
  • Larry's latest book (Information Quality Applied) is the #1 bestseller on Amazon in the Data Quality subject area.
  • Information Quality defects have real and measurable costs. Larry English's research shows that companies are wasting 20-30% of operating revenue dealing with the impacts of quality issues. Organisations need to know how to measure the costs of poor quality information. If the costs are lower than assumed - fantastic - but if they are higher, then organisations need this information!
  • Whether IT is in-house or outsourced, organisations will benefit from knowing industry best practice for IQ. In an outsourcing environment, it's particularly important to define standards for vendors to meet.
